The Mental Health Association in Putnam County II, Inc would like to congratulate the two winners of the 2023 scholarships. Two graduating seniors have been awarded $500 scholarships: Brooke McGowen from Brewster High School and Fiona Carroll, a student at Putnam Valley High School, are both pursuing careers in human services.
