Information and Support Line
The MHA Information and Support Line strives to reconnect people with their “spark of life”, the things that make them feel alive.
For many people in recovery, they feel labeled and that in some people’s eyes, they are defined by their diagnosis. At MHA, we meet people where they are, understanding because we too have faced obstacles and challenges on our recovery journeys. As peers, we know that the recovery journey can be difficult and through our own shared lived experiences, we can take the journey together. You are not alone.
